PREMIER 24" rotary Paper Cutter Trimmer very rare Used works well blade is rotated by it's carriers progress along the threaded mounting arm so it cuts very differently than a guillotine. blades can be easily accesed for sharpening or replacement good condition with some marks from normal use You can cut slowly with this device. I have tested it and was able to make clean square straight cuts in a single sheet of newsprint. I think it is potentially much safer to operate than an equivalent size guillotine although great care still has to be taken with the very sharp blade.
