 I bought these from a company that ordered them for a project that got cancelled before they were installed. Built 03/04/15 They were going to use them at a 36" height so I think the skirting is set for that. 48" lift height, lowered height is 8" I have 4 of these, if you would like more than one contact me and I will change the listing to reflect your choice. Model X4W48-20 Serial #V52838-1 It has a limit switch to set the stop height. Deck is 72x96. Load has to be evenly distributed. 2000lb max. It's powered by a 5 HP power pack. Most lifts are powered by a 1.5 HP unit. Lifts pretty fast compared to other lifts I have. Runs on 230 volt three phase. Has some scratches from shipping and moving around otherwise unused. Will ship. I'm 10 miles west of Milwaukee if you would like to inspector pickup. No warranty, but Guarenteed not DOA. Jeff 262 227 7774
