Complete plastic sheet line including: Prodex Plastic Extruder 2.5" 50 HP 20” wide flex-lip die 12” Dia. 4 gear roll stand (rollers are timed together) Roller conveyor Slitter bar – 4 positions Rubber take-up roll stand Shear Purchased for a product development project. Professionally built for our testing and pilot production. Everything worked well, testing completed, and equipment is no longer needed. We ran less than 40 hours of tests. This is a complete running assembly complete from extruder through the rubber rollers. Shear has been completely rebuilt but not integrated. Extruder and die have been completely rewired; new temp controllers and new thermocouples are in very nice condition. Die is flex lip 20” wide and includes spacers to open gap to over .100 Roll stand has new components including: hydraulic pump system, cylinder, gear drive motors, drives and controls. Rollers will need to be replaced for your application. ENGRAVED ROLLERS SHOWN ARE FOR OUR PROPRIETARY PRODUCT AND ARE NOT INCLUDED! 72” X 24” cooling roller conveyor with 4-station blade slitter. Rubber take up roll stand has new components including: rubber rollers, gear drive motor and drive. Shear has been rebuilt and powder coated. Also included but not shown are: material hopper, vibration feet, v-rails, die supports and misc. parts. Located in Buena Park, CA and can be inspected by appointment.
