TRADITIONAL BAKERS BREAD PEEL ** MADE TO ORDER ** This listing is for 1 bakers peel, 180cm, 70cm X 40cm, flat edge, from 100% Tasi Oak. (or gum strips strips on request). FOR wood fire ovens, traditionally handcrafted from Tasmanian Oak timber, for a hard wearing and longer lasting peel. 100%. You may place your order for a Tasmanian oak peel by purchasing this listing. OR a mixed timber, no extra charge. Tasmanian oak with strips of red gum (on request). Your order may take 1-3 weeks to complete. Delivery via courier is overnight to Brisbane, Sunshine/Gold Coast and Sydney. Delivery to Melbourne will be 2-3 days and 3-4 days to Adelaide and 7-10 days Perth and Hobart. Deliveries to remote or country areas, or NT; NTH QLD; TAS and SA will incur an extra delivery fee. It comes with tapered straight front edge, flat peel head. - raised edges or baguette peel on request. It is very finely finished and sealed with a food safe, bee's wax and all natural oil mix. Peel will be delivered in custom built crate, to ensure a safe delivery. Wood fire oven brush and scraper also available, email with size needed for cost. Each peel has a flat peel edge and tapered head, allowing easy loading and unloading, or we can make with raised/carved sides, for special uses such as French baguettes.
