This machine was used to test various liquid spray coating for bottles or other products with a few modifications to the holders. Basically the way it works is you load a bottle into the disc holder then press the trigger buttons or (operate from the back PLC) and it evenly sprays the bottle/blows air in it to dry it as the discs spin so the bottle or object is evenly coated. The liquid is pumped through a tube going into the drum of whatever liquid is being used. It will be able to accommodate thicker liquids with a new pump/nozzle. The PLC is very easy to operate and the production rate really depends on the operator but we have done about 200-300 bottles The machine can also easily be changed into a filling machine with a change of the nozzle which could make it great for a small beverage filling company. The machine weighs about 350 pounds, has full CSA parts and was built in 2013, and has only 30-50 hours of use on it so literally mint condition. We used it to add a coating to PLA (Polylactic Acid) bottles that we created with a University investigating Bioplastics in Canada. The reason were selling it is simply we do not use it enough to keep on our manufacturing floor.  Very versitile machine in Mint condition. Buyer will be satisified with how machine operates.
