Miniature Ignition Coil Driver OCmi from RMCybernetics The PWM-OCmi is a tiny but mighty power PWM control circuit. This quality, UK made circuit is perfect for controlling power to loads such as ignition coils, flyback transformers, and solenoids. The adjustable frequency and adjustable duty make it ideal for driving high voltage coils at their resonant frequency for maximum efficiency. It is simple to use and can be made to take more power simply by adding a heatsink or fan. It has a range of onboard components for dealing with transients and voltage spikes caused by noisy loads like ignition coils. This allows the device to run with high performance levels even when in a demanding environment. The PCB contains four connector pads at the perimeter which allow the device to be enabled, or interrupted from another signal source, or even another Power Pulse Modulator. They also allow for monitoring the onboard oscillator, or modulation of its frequency.
