One small chip at the top where the pour spout is, but it's hardly noticeable and has been filed smooth, so you shouldn't get cut on a sharp edge. Obviously it is used, but I guarantee this item has never been used for any nefarious or felonious activity, nor do I condone its use for such! I acquired this flask from the 3M company back in the 1990's while I was employed there. They were cleaning out their laboratory supply/stock room and were going to throw it away. Still looks to be in useable condition, although I make no guarantees about that. Because of the age and fact that it is used, it is being sold as-is, no returns.
