Biomech Designs Ltd - QMT System Quantitative Muscle Testing Table - Medi-Plinth for Physical Therapy / Physiotherapy / Chiropractic Air switch actuated motorized height adjustment - the remote air switch actuator is missing, so I am unable to test this height adjustment motor. Uses 115V standard wall outlet power Condition notes: Appears in good functional condition but has a few small cuts or tears in cover edge along the sides. Also, unable to test motorized adjustment due to missing air switch. Two of the four floor levelers are bent. I can repair some of these deficiencies for an additional fee. Local pick up or freight delivery (FOB Columbus, Ohio 43207). Local pick up will require collection of 7.50% Ohio Sales Tax (unless you are tax exempt) -- sales tax is not collected on freight shipments out of Ohio. We can help make freight arrangements if you need it shipped. 14 day satisfaction guarantee -- Purchaser has 14 days from date of equipment arrival to inspect and test the device and if dissatisfied, may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, handling, and crating charges are not refundable).
