The FDMS3606AS MOSFET is sold in configurations of Cut Tape, MouseReel, and Reel with a factory pack quantity of 3000. It has a drain-source breakdown voltage of 30V and can handle a continuous drain current of 13A and 27A. It is available in a Power-56-8 package/case and is part of the Power Stage PowerTrench SyncFet tradename. It can be considered as a suitable substitute for similar MOSFET products from ON Semiconductor. The height is 1.1mm, length 6mm, and width 5mm. The FDMS3606AS from Fairchild is a MOSFET with a dual N-Channel configuration that can be used in power applications. This MOSFET has a minimum operating temperature of -55C and a maximum operating temperature of +150C with a power dissipation of 2.5W. The drain-source resistance is 8 mOhms and 1.9 mOhms, and the gate-source voltage can range from -20V to +20V. The FDMS3606AS has a forward transconductance of 61S and 154S, and a rise time of 2.5ns and 5.5ns with a fall time of 2.2ns and 3.4ns. The gate-source threshold voltage is 2V and 1.8V, and the gate charge is 59 nC and 27 nC.
