You are considering Qty. 3, Sheng Feng (made in Taiwan) 18" Pop-Up Saws. These saws are used and in fair overall condition. All of them are in need of some sort of repair, which I will explain in more detail below. I will describe the saws in order from left to right as they sit in the main picture. All of the saws are wired for 230V 3 Phase. There are 2 sets of in-feed / out-feed conveyors included with this lot. All item are being sold AS IS, FOR PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY. Saw on left: Sheng Feng Model SC-18R, Right-Hand Saw. Mfg Date: 1985.3. Mfg No: 853011. 10 HP Drive Motor. Saw body has a good bit of paint wear and surface rust from sitting unused in a non-climate controlled warehouse. When tested On/Off switch and starter work fine. Motor runs, but runs loud and needs bearings. Saw Arbor probably needs bearings too. The pneumatics look to be complete, but are untested. The main air supply lines to the foot pedal are broken. Middle Saw: Sheng Feng Model SC-18R, Right-Hand Saw. Mfg Date: 1983.7 Mfg No: 837046R. 7-1/2 HP Drive Motor. Saw body is in better condition than the other two. Mild surface rust from sitting unused. This saw has a problem with it's electrical. Sometimes it will turn on fine. Other times it won't cut on by the switch at all. The motor runs and sounds good. This saw makes a whining sound from the arbor when running. We installed new bearings in it, but it still whines. After talking to the previous owner, he said that the saw had made the sound since new and they could not figure out what the cause of the whine is either. The pneumatics seem to work fine, but are a little slow. May need adjusted. Saw on right: Sheng Feng Model SC-18L, Left-Hand Saw. Mfg. date and Mfg. number are unknown on this one. The bottom section of the ID tag is missing. Probably manufactured around the same time as the other two. (All 3 saws came from the same place). Saw body has a good bit of paint wear and surface rust from sitting unused in a non-climate controlled warehouse. 10 HP Drive Motor. All the electrical seems to work fine on this saw. The motor and arbor sound good. All the air lines are dry-rotted and need replaced. Pneumatics have not been tested and may or may not work.
