They are in fairly decent shape. 2 of them have "lacerations" on the bottom plastic screens. Nothing serious enough to keep the screen from working properly. It's just a "flesh wound!" 1 of the units I believe has an incorrect handset. Otherwise, please zoom into each photo and see everything up close and personal. I don't think you'll be disappointed. No, they're not "perfect" but the price reflects this.
