Unit appear to be in mostly good cosmetic condition but because of a crack on the bottom back, im giving it a fair. Unit is from a government facility but unfortunately there were no accessories whatsoever released with it, as a result i was only able to power test it. The screen is fine with no damage to it, touch screen works. I was only able to change the volume and the contrast and i wasnt able to go to different screen than that screen as can be see in the pictures. So this is sold as-is, No return, what you see is what it is and if you think you are buying a complete system, you are mistaking and that will not be excused.
