"The QuickPlane" foam planer has been used on numerous different applications from new residential construction to reefer trailers and everything in between. Only your imagination will limit its versatility. Safety, speed and reliability are the main reasons to make "The Quickplane" your next foam planer. Available Blades ______include ______ "The Standard" Blade A solid, "tool hardened" steel blade is used for most interior foam planing requirements. The blade is machined with a bevel to provide positive cutting action, and also reduce blade drag. "The Special Purpose" Blade Our special purpose blades have been designed to give a very sharp slicing action to cut polyurethane foam. These blades are especially designed for cutting foam with a density greater than 2lb. Not only are they effective for all interior applications, they can also cut through many elastomeric membranes. If you have spotty retrofit foam roof work to do "this is your next blade." Requirements: The air motor operates most efficiently when air pressure is maintained at 87-90 psi. An air compressor able to deliver 23.0 cfm is necessary. Incoming air should be dry, clean, and filtered. In order to get the best performance , lubricate it at least once every 8 hours. Air motor oil specifically recommended for this motor is available through any good air tool supply house. !!!WARNING!!!
