This is a Quincy QR-25 series part number 5190 - the unloader tower disc diaphragm found in the upper cavity of an unloader tower.  Sometimes these go missing on rebuilds, or are simply rusted into oblivion. If you're unsure about fitment, send me a message with your compressor pump model number and RoC and I'll cross reference to ensure proper fitment. Shipping is free via USPS First Class Mail.
