Racal-Datacom Multiplexer Modem Unit Model: Excalibur ISX 5300 Product Information: The Racal-Datacom Excalibur ISX 5300 is a stand-alone modem / multiplexor. This unit is designed to transport LAN, PBX, voice, and other data applications over a full or fractional T-1 link. The unit has a built in Data Service Unit (DSU)/Channel Service Unit (CSU), allowing direct connection to the T-1 line. The Excalibur ISX 5300 can operate with a Communications Management Series (CMSTM) network management system. You can select Racal's proprietary management protocol for management from a CMS 400 T7 manager. PPP or SLIP is also available for SNMP management via a CMS 400, CMS 6000, or generic SNMP manager. Product Condition Information: This is a used modem. It will show signs of previous usage. Scratches, scrapes, scuffs, etc. One of the plastic fins is broken on the side. (Please see the last picture.) We're unable to test this unit due to lack of appropriate power cable. As such, it's being listed FOR PARTS. IF the power cord is located at a later time, the unit will be tested, and the listing will be revised accordingly. Free domestic shipping via United States Postal Service.
