This construction material lift is designed and fabricated by a 30-year licensed veteran of the construction industry in Michigan. The basic model shown has a capacity of 250 lbs. up to 24 ft.  A 400 lb. unit is also available.  This has been designed for very easy storage, transport, setup, versatility of use and durability.  Proven in over 15 years of construction use to lift shingles, sheathing, framing, block, trusses, millwork, drywall, and a myriad of other construction materials.  Simple, inexpensive, and reusable wood rail stringers may be made on-site for any height requirement to accomplish the sensitive and safe hoisting of materials. Moving and storing this machine is extremely simple and space-saving unlike many of its competitors.  Built of structural tubing and featuring patent-pending safety measures.
