Very nice starter service monitor to help you set up radios, repeaters, duplexers, etc. If you want a nice piece of test equipment but aren't ready to spend thousands this is a great place to start.  I do not have the manual but it's available on repeater-builder.com. It will be shipped quickly,  packed in original Box uses standard computer power cord not included Tested and ready to go But I am selling this as is and for parts just due to the age.  Spec below I found on the net.
