Rare Antique Farm Market Shopping Grocery Woven Splint Oak Basket Pull Cart

This RARE PRIMITIVE ANTIQUE FARM MARKET SPLINT OAK BASKET PULL CART measures 33 1/4" tall with handle, 12" wide at base w/ wheels, 8 1/4" deep at base with wheels. The painted green woven basket itself measures 19" tall, 8 3/4" deep at top, 13" wide. (basket is wider at top then at the base) Wood handle is 12" tall from top of basket and has worn areas that show traces of an earlier red paint. (only handle, not basket shows an earlier red paint. The green paint was applied many, many years ago) 4 1/2" steel wheels with worn rubber edges. Metal stand bar across base at front. All intact wood bottom to basket. In very functional condition. Solid and sturdy. As with any primitive this old there is worn paint areas from use. Front bottom left corner of basket has breakage. I have had this market cart for 25 years, it came from an Upstate NY (South Buffalo) farm estate. Please see all photo's and email me with any questions.
