There are two labels one states Teat Equipment TE number 6715-0008 serial number 1 4 name DC Power Supply under that label is another attached label that states Selenium Rectifier D.C Power Supply CAT GM 72 Ser 101 volts input 115 And DC output 0-25 amps 5! I plugged in unit and it turns on light on the left side lights up and unit sound like its running fine. No hesitation no crackling. However not fully tested with items. Purchased unit at estate sale where I purchased many electronic items all in great working condition. All the best and God Bless!
