Found this in my collection of dichroic optics. Don't remember where I got it. It looked to have equally reflective AR surfaces so I tested it for an etalon and I could see a fringe pattern similar to the one in pic. This one has thicker fringes than the one in pic. I think this has something to do with finesse? Anyway, I tested it with a 635nm diode and it reflected maybe 10%. Tested with a 532nm it reflected about  >98%. It reflects blue/green and transmits red. I'm sure N.I.R. wavelengths as well. Might be very useful in an Extended Cavity Diode Laser setup or a DPSS laser. The optic looks a little rough around the edges but that is due to the black band around the optic (possibly to Eliminate ghost fringes) and it's reflection in the optic. The Etalon measures just over 10mm or 3/8" in dia.. It is actually .411" dia. x .039" thick or about .8mm (thickness not accurate as the black band protrudes somewhat) Comes with the 1" dia. mount shown. I thought I would include that for testing purposes as it will need a custom mount. The mount is plastic with a metal lock ring. It fits 3/8" and 1/2" dia. optics. It has a 3/8" recess inside that is a little too deep for pinholes. So the Etalon is a little small for it but it works. Thanks for looking
