Pressure Products Inc. model 4L-194-122 two-stage, oil-free, water-cooled metal diaphragm Syngas compressor including: -7 1/2 Hp electric motor -V belt drive with OSHA belt guard -stainless steel water-cooled, tube-in-tube gas coolers -stainless steel process tubing -stainless steel pulsation bottles -diaphragm rupture pressure switch -pressure gauges Original Design Conditions: -Gas: Syngas -Suction pressure: 2 PSIG -Discharge pressure: 350 PSIG -Capacity:7 SCFM at the above design conditions. 9.6 SCFM with 6 PSIG suction pressure. This compressor was manufactured in 2007 and is in excellent condition with only 9000 hours of operation. The compressor has been serviced and new diaphragms installed. Unit was tested under power and load in our shop. Original parts and operating manuals are included. Note: Control panel is not Class1 Div. 2 rated and must be mounted outside of the classified area.
