LOOK AT WHAT'S BEEN SITTING ON THE SHELF FOR DECADES:  IT'S A BOX OF CODIT REFLECTIVE CHALK FROM 3M REFLECTIVE PRODUCTS DIVISION. As others have said, this can be used to create reflective markings which light up like a road sign when light shines upon it.  Some use this product to highlight evidence and outline crime victims for nighttime flash photos. The 3M box says, "Best applications are made on dry surfaces which have a textured or porous surface such as fabric." The text further states that " 'CODIT' Brand Reflective Chalk can be removed from clothing by normal washing or dry cleaning methods, and from other surfaces by washing or wiping with a damp cloth." It sounds like it's perfect for scaring the willies out of your neighbors on Halloween. Chalk outlines on driveways, decorated clothing that shines in the light, and other gruesome applications abound. There are 20 pieces in the box 1/2" x 1 1/2"  -  Good for outlining at least twenty bodies.  Similar items are available on the internet at anywhere from $5.99 for one piece of chalk to $44+ for a 3 pack of 4" long chalk.  Shipping will be to the continental United States only, and via Priority Mail.
