At the BIN price you get a 2467BHD which includes frequency counter option 6 on top of an upgraded, more versatile, TV Sync option 5H. This scope cost $14000 new, but only a small fraction now (still working like new).   As compared to normal tv sync option 5, 5H (part of HD suffixed package) is designed to also accept all formats of HDTV (as well as all SDTV), and even autodetect them at the same time you press "autoscale". Normal option 5 falls out of tv sync when "autoscale" is pressed. The other part of the HD suffixed package is frequency counter (option 6). I realize this is the most expensive scope I sell... If it is just beyond your (or your boss's) budget, and my others won't do, please let me know.      Will be shipped freshly calibrated, with (op & svc) instructions on pdf CDrom, blue filter, cord, and 120 days guaranty (my parts & labor, your shipping), ... READY TO USE !    I choose to work on 2400s because they were the last repairable scopes Tek made. 2400s are my specialty, so mine shall arrive working correctly, whether you're buying just 1 or several to outfit an entire lab or classroom. Please keep in mind if buying another's 2467B that chances are, regardless of price, almost certain theirs will have problems (I doubt for instance anyone else replaces the overdue NVRAM/Li battery), and paying me to fix theirs will not save you $. As reliable as 2400s are, there are many out there with 30 to 100 thousand hours, enough time to have accumulated multiple problems.  2400s I sell have less than 20000 hours, and had their issues fixed.  Getting a non-DOA guaranty from another seller misses the point that consuming electricity is not the same as working correctly. Those who say "pulled from a working environment" are hinting it quit (if you miss subtle hints). I sell these because I fix them, others sell these because they need fixing.   Since I have multiple 2467B/2467BHD scopes, photos may not be of the actual unit you get, but they are all super nice. First photo shows result of "autoscale+measure volts" on a 2Vpp signal. Second photo is a closer shot of the screen, in which it can be seen that 2V signal is not symmetrical about ground, but starts at ground and goes up to 2. It stays at 2 more than 50% of the time, since average reads more than 1 but the trigger level is at exactly 1 (midpoint between bottoms at 0 ant tops at 2. 3rd photo shows "autoscale+measure frequency" of a 1KHz signal from a time mark generator. 4th photo shows risetime of a fastrising 1MHz squarewave. 5th photo shows same signal with frequency reduced down to 100Hz This would become too faint to see on a conventional screen. In 6th photo frequency is reduced further to only 10Hz, still visible on image-intensifying screen. 7th photo shows 2 equal amplitude signals fed into CHs 1 & 2, 1 at 40MHz, the other 400MHz (frequency counter result of CH1 can be displayed on Buy-It-Now unit). On a 400MHz scope it is normal for the 400MHz signal to have 30% less vertical deflection, but clearly we haven't fallen quite 30%.  In the 8th photo I used the 40MHz signal to light up the entire screen. Image-intensifying screens are more susceptible to burn (or darkened) spots than normal screens. A good reason to buy a scope from me is to minimize this risk, which is fairly high when buying from others. 9th photo shows a PAL color bar signal. 10th photo shows a SECAM field identification salvo between line 6 & 14. The 11th photo shows an NTSC VIR signal on line 19.    I urge clients to contact me before bidding so I can suggest matching accessories and/or options to best suit your needs. Also, please let me know if you need more than 1.     It is no secret that ebay raises the cost of stuff by roughly 14% (10-11% in sales commission on item and 3-4% for money transfers via Paypal, something a domestic ck can do losslessly, meaning if you'd write a ck for $2000, I'd get $2000). Paypal's 3% buys you speed and consumer protection. Ebay's 10% buys you the right to grade me via Feedback. Please be generous if you can. I am not allowed under Ebay rules to offer you any direct way (email or phone) to contact me before a purchase. I can say however that Ebay will give you all that info with your 1st purchase from me, even if only a $5 handle logo decal label (yes a $5 purchase can save you $220+, not bad!). So please do not offer me less on ebay unless you are outside USA, and are trying to reduce customs value as outlined in next paragraph.     I ship worldwide. Ebay has a new Global Shipping Program that satisfies Paypal tracking requirements, which airmail doesn't. EGSP asks you to prepay your country's import tax based on a percentage (about 30% is common in many countries) of ebay selling price. It doesn't have to be $2280 (BIN) as long as I'm paid the same. If you want to reduce tax, you can "make offer" for less, but to accept your lower offer, I need to know that is why you're doing it, and that you will quickly pay me the difference (making a first paypal will give you my paypal name enabling you to make the second). Paying $30 tax on a "$100" scope is a lot less taxing than paying $700 on its real price. While I'm willing to help you save on tax, I am not willing to take a cut myself. Also, please keep in mind that reducing customs value also reduces insurance value in case of loss, but loss is extremely improbable with my shipping methods.   HURRY UP INCENTIVE: If you BIN by 3 Dec 14, I will add as FREE BONUS : I will offer you your choice of 1 video generator FREE, either: Sencore VG91 (ntsc), or Leader LCG398B (secam), or Leader LCG399A (pal). Your choices appear in photos 9, 10, & 11. If none of thes 3 interest you, I can offer you a Tek 2430+5 Digital Storage Scope with tv sync instead. While the bonus item is FREE, its shipping isn't, (and the Sencore's box is about same size/weight as scope's). The shipping cost of the "free" bonus is not included in any shipping calculator, including Ebay's Global Shipping Program. If you want it, let me know your pick, and ask me for its separate shipping cost. If you don't want to pay for having a 2nd box shipped, I can substitute a P6137 probe, which would not alter shipping cost as it will fit in scope's box. Let me know your pick.  You get a 14 day right of return for refund or exchange, provided my tamper seals aren't breached, everything is returned in same shape as received, you pack it as well as I did, and pay for all shipping. California buyers pay sales tax (unless exempt), but I shall add something extra to ease the pain.
