Pictures are for display purposes. You will receive items as described in title and description. Listing is for a complete set of propane regulators. Included is 1 x Rego LV4403TR9 high pressure regulator(which hooks to tank) and 1 x Rego LV4403B46R low pressure regulator(which hooks to outside of building to main gas line/pipe. All household gas appliances operate on low pressure so you have to use both regulators on your system. Regulators have been tested and work fine. Also included is 1 POL pigtail or hogtail to hook your tank up to 1st stage(high pressure) regulator. Be careful when bending/flexing used hogtails or pigtails. When they are new, you can bend them any which way but when they are used if you're not careful they can kink Also included in each regulator is a fitting so you can hook up your 1/2" copper. If you have 5/8" copper or 3/8" copper you will have to replace the fitting in each of the 2 regulators which is very simple. Just remember to use a pipe sealer on the threads that is approved for gas. Please keep in mind the POL fitting that goes from tank to high pressure regulator uses reverse threads. You also do not have to use a thread sealer on either end of it. The low pressure B46R Regulator is the most popular 2nd stage low pressure regulator. The inlet is on the bottom and is a 1/2" opening. The outlet is on the back and is 3/4" FIP(female iron pipe) threads. Regulators do have vents to make sure to have the vent either covered up by a lid or something or facing down so nothing gets into the regulator
