All parts are cleaned of paint splatter and buildup. Everything is repainted with original factory paint. Reassembled starting with the inner frame. Drive Motor Amp Load tested and Bearings checked. Gear Drives and Bearings are replaced with NEW. Door safety switch tested and replaced as needed. All Main Power Cords are replaced with NEW. Timer Switch cleaned, tested and replaced as needed. Reassemble outer panels. NEW Factory Labels installed. Install NEW Leveling Feet. Shaker is tested using 5 and 1 gallon containers for at least 25 cycle Shaker is banded to a pallet and shrinks wrapped for safe shipping worldwide. All our remanufactured shakers come with 90 day parts warranty on all electrical components, 6 months parts warranty on all mechanical components, with full technical support by telephone and email.
