The TP20 system comes with seven probe modules, each identified by colored caps and tailored to suit application-specific trigger forces and stylus lengths. The available modules include SF - Standard force suited to the majority of applications, LF - low force for low trigger forces applications such as rubber seals, MF - medium force requiring higher trigger forces than standard, EF - extended force for large stylus assemblies or where vibration causes spurious 'air' triggers, 6W - 6-way for measurement in the –Z direction undercuts, EM1 STD - 50 mm extension and EM2 STD for a 75 mm extension, both ideal for majority of applications requiring extensions. The Renishaw TP20 CMM Probe Kit with TP20 Body EM1 & EM2 Modules and Warranty is a highly efficient touch probe system for measurement tasks. The system comprises a TP20 probe body and detachable stylus modules connected through a magnetic kinematic coupling. The probe system is easily retrofitted and compatible with existing touch trigger probe interfaces, extensions, and adaptors. This system comes with a one-year standard warranty, with the option to upgrade to a 3-year extended warranty at the time of initial purchase. The TP20 kit includes the TP20 probe body, TP20 probe module offering a range of trigger forces, and MCR20 module changing rack for automatic operation. Also included in the kit are the MSR1 module storage rack, cleaning kit, certificates, styli, and spanner wrenches.
