We ship to the lower 48 US States through UPS Ground or USPS, and tracking information will be provided via email. For orders shipped to Canada, buyers will be charged a brokerage fee and import taxes by their government. This new product is a replacement tilt lever for office chairs, specifically designed for the seat plate bottom base control. It comes in the color black and is compatible with standard tapered lift. The single lever allows for easy activation of the gas cylinder, while the push lever activates the tilt lock and pulling it unlocks it. The hand wheel allows users to adjust the tilt tension to their liking. The mounting hole pattern is 6" x 10", making it suitable for most universal style chairs sold at Staples and other brands. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we offer a full refund, including the original shipping and handling, for any defective items that are returned in their original condition. We also provide the option for exchanges. For any issues or concerns, please contact us before leaving negative or neutral feedback during our business hours from Monday to Friday at 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time. We will respond to all emails within 12-24 hours. Returns are accepted for defective items within 7 days after the item is received. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be issued and must be filled out for processing. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees unless the wrong item was received. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and a restocking fee may be charged for any items without the original package, missing parts or manuals, or those that have been altered or damaged by accident. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and we must receive the item at our processing facility within 60 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
