The chair depicted is our reproduction of the EA117 chair originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1958 comprising: Low back chair with arms, height adjustment and tilt facility, on a five star chromed base on wheels and finished in Black Mesh with a chrome base Scott Howard supplies a complete range of iconic designs from the 1930’s to 1990’s by some of the worlds most famous furniture designers. Like many of our customers we get confused by the plethora of cheap imitations on the market today so we have gone to considerable lenghts to supply the best quality reproductions we can find. Our reproductions are selected by us in person by visiting all the various factories ourselves to ensure ours are the closest we can find to the original designs, and more importantly they are the very best quality available anywhere. So - yes - there are cheaper copies avaliable on the market but we are not looking to supply the cheapest - we are looking to supply the best "reproductions" we can find and we think this is it.
