Clean overall condition - function tested recently & works as it should - battery well is clean & shiny, see photo set of actual item offered !  Rubber seal intact - to activate, slide switch toward the 2 metal 'dots' then touch dots on your tongue or a damp cloth !  This is the 'water activation' feature as advertised - I purchased 2 of these from a military helicopter pilot who had be recently discharged.  He sold his camo uniforms to my Army Surplus store.... Retail cost on this item is $$$ - my start price is a major savings
