Our peak flow meters are important tools in managing our symptoms and medication. There are lots of choices out there -- some meters are digital, some fancy, some expensive; but the one I like best is cheap, simple and super. It's Personal Best. The features that make it the best are: it's super sanitary. You can hand wash it or put it in the dishwasher. Also, there's enough room on it to put a name on each one.
