This hood was removed last week from a local Krispy Kreme donut store. The store was about 6 years old and the franchise owner didn't renew his lease. I have removed the hood for the buildings owner and am listing it here for him. It is in very good used condition, spotless and not a drop of grease on it. This hood was over the main fryer and has a very large double bottle Ansul suppression system. It would be perfect for another larger fryer, pizza oven, wok or cook line. The hood measure 6' deep x 10'6'' long. The vented area is 5' deep x 9'. The suppression system takes up approximately 18'' in one end. Everything pictured is included. Hood, complete suppression system, filters, lighting and the exhaust fan which is not pictured. This is a hard hood to find used and the nicest of this type that I have ever had the opportunity to sell. New cost on this hood was over $21,000.
