Shipping Point. If you don't know what "FOB Shipping Point" means, see full explanation of this at the bottom of these TERMS. Our primary/preferred shipper is FedEx Ground. We are assuming that they will accept this item (it is technically just within their maximum acceptable criteria), however we will not know for sure until we drop off the items to be shipped. In case the shipper refuses to accept the item, all monies will be refunded to BUYER. Item may also be picked up by appointment in Reston, VA - or make other shipping/pick-up arrangements with us directly. Items picked up in VA or shipped to VA must add VA Sales Tax Buyer must pay in full, up front, via PayPal (or payment in person) via Instant Payment method F.O.B. Shipping Point: This means that title (or ownership) of the goods transfers to the Buyer at the time that the item ships from our shipping point.
