We accept returns on merchandise if you contact us within 14 calendar days of completing your order. Just send us a message through eBay's "Contact Seller" option and we'll set you up with a RMA Number to process your return. If you received a defective or damaged item upon delivery, we would be happy to replace it for you. Please contact us and we will arrange a Replacement Request for you. Replacement units are shipped only after we first receive the defective or damaged item in question for our inspection. A Postage Reimbursement Refund up to $5.00 will be issued to you to help cover the cost of postage for returning defective items still under warranty or damaged items (at the time of delivery) ONLY; this reimbursement is issued to your PayPal account within 1 or 2 business days after we receive your return package in our facility. Please note that the Postage Reimbursement Refund up to $5.00 might not be sufficient to cover the total cost of postage to return very heavy or large items back to us. No more than $5.00 will be issued for Postage Reimbursement Refunds - no exceptions. Postage Reimbursement Refunds are issued to approved return requests submitted to us within 60 calendar days of completing the order. If you return an item that you purchased by mistake, or if you no longer want the item, or if you return an item back to us for reasons other than issues involving receiving a damaged or defective item, there will be a 20% Re-stocking Fee applied to the refund amount regardless if the item is returned opened or un-opened. IN ADDITION, the postage stamp value of the shipment that we paid for will be deducted from the refund amount because it is the actual cost of postage to ship the order. The stamp value of the postage to ship your order is determined by the postage value indicated in the PayPal Online USPS Postage Label Printing Service debit transaction that is tied to your eBay order. A receipt of this transaction will be presented to you upon request. In very rare cases where orders are returned back to us because USPS could not deliver the item to the shipping location as addressed, THE CUSTOMER will be responsible to pay for 100% of the postage cost to re-ship the item to an alternative address; we will not ship to the same address twice if the first delivery attempt fails. Customers are responsible for entering in their correct AND VALID USA shipping addresses during checkout. If you decide to receive a refund instead of having the order re-shipped because the first delivery attempt to your shipping address failed, we will deduct the cost of postage we paid to ship the item from the refund amount. IN ADDITION, all PayPal Transaction Fees (between 2.2% to 2.9% of the order total and $0.30) AND eBay Final Value Fees (between 7% to 15%, depending on product category) will be deducted from the refund amount. In the rare event your shipment is lost in the mail, your money is safe with us because we insure every order. A full refund (including all shipping costs) will be issued to you if you do not receive your order by the end of the 28th calendar day after your order was shipped out of our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account only. All of our items are brand new and come with the Original Manufacturer Warranty.
