. REEL BALANCER Here is a RETRACTING REEL TOOL BALANCER BALANCE FOR HEAVY HANGING TOOLS. This reel takes most of the weight off of handling tools. Great for impact drivers. the balance is in good working condition. I replaced the 4 screws in the case because they were very rusty. I also attached a 10 pound weight to the reel and it dropped about 2 feet and stopped there so the reel has about a pull of about 10 pounds. The wire rope on the reel is over 6' long. When I pulled it out there were a few minor catches but after pulling it out 6" I didn't notice any the next time I pulled it. It is marked Made in England. No other marks.
