The Revent 726 Single Rack Oven is a heavy-duty stainless steel oven perfect for any bakery. This oven boasts a high volume/low velocity upward airflow distribution system and a compact cross-line efficient heat exchanger. Additionally, this oven features an independent steel ball steam system, manual damper, and digital oven controls. The Revent 726 also comes equipped with two separate steam timers, a power ventilation switch for cool-down, and accommodates one single oven rack. With a maximum heating capacity of 150,000 BTU, this oven can handle a lot of heat. The electric oven's maximum heating capacity is 105 amps at 208V and 54 amps at 480V. It weighs approximately 2,400 lbs and is 56.3'' W x 76.5" D x 97.3"H.
