Missing, broken, dented, dirty or discolored covers are replaced, repaired, cleaned, or repainted. 4.- PART REPLACEMENT Consumables and moving parts are replaced while other electrical and mechanical components are reviewed and repaired to perfect working condition. These parts include, but are not limited to toner, developer unit, OPC drums, cleaning blade, rollers fuser film, transfer unit, tires, fuser section and feed tires. 5.- REASSEMBLY. TESTING Each machine is calibrated to OEM-Quality print and all functions are tested for any errors. Certification testing is applied to ensure perfect print outcomes. 7.- SAFETY DETECTION Quality control and final verification process is made before packing. 8.
