For sale is a used Ridgid 1822 Pipe threader. This model is used but is in excellent working condition. The machine spins strong, smooth and correctly. The machine has been slightly dissasembled and brushed clean to inspect. Front and rear jaws are in good shape. Motor is clean and strong. Wiring is in good shape - not brittle dry or frayed Switch is strong and tight. Oil pump works perfect NEW CUTTER WHEEL INSTALLED Chip trays are used but have no big holes or cuts. - work correctly Reamer cone is a little rusty but is still sharp and has very little use. COMES WITH refurbished 811 self oiling diehead for proper use and oiling 1/2-3/4" dies installed but can provide 1-2" upon request. The stand is homemade by a professional welder. The stand is strong and has two handles long with good wheels to move it around. It could stand some cleaning and paint. Overall this is a terrific machine but it does have some flaws. There are 3 cracks in this machine. One is on top of the oil res. drain plug, the others are on the front black cover and the chip tray slide. These have been filled with a STRONG industrial epoxy and the bottom frame does not even flex when pressure is applied. no problems just small flaws. THESE CAN BE SEEN IN PICTURES! The machine does have a small amount of rust on the cutter frame and the paint is chipping as can be seen. Model 1822-I Threading Machine Features Heavy-duty automatic chucking.
