This item counts bills the straighter the bills the better it counts. It has not been tested for full functionality I do not know how to use it I have turned it on and had it count some bills. I do not have a manual. WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER.
