2001 Robatech Polyurethane Melter D280.  Can be used on perfect binder and most PUR/polyurethane applications. 36 liter tank volume (7.91 gallons) 1 or 2 gear pumps and 5 different gear pump types Connection of 2 heated hoses per pump with nominal widths of 8mm or 13mm (1/2 inch) ICS temperature control, precision 32.9 degrees Fahrenheit (0.5 degrees Celsius), programmable temperature lowering System interface entries to switch-off the heatings and pumps, to activate the temperature  lowering and to block the parameter input. System interface outputs to indicate the readiness, a fault, the activated temperature lowering and the released heating. Integrated clock with time switch Working hour and pump revolution meter Tank fill level supervision, minimum. *Desiccant system does not work, however nitrogen can be hooked up to blanket PUR.*
