Combination of internal and external modulation source allows two-tone modulation. External AM and FM can be ac- or dc-coupled. At the AF output, a signal in the frequency range from 1 Hz to 100 kHz with an amplitude ranging from 0.2 V(Vp) is available. The Generator can either be manually operated by means of keyboard or rotary knob for variation, or remote-controlled via the IEC bus interface.
