Someone (idiot/hater) decided to make up a fake account the same day and use a buy-it-now and never pay. Had to file with eBay and play a waiting game for 8 days! I will also give you a copy of the most updated software patches which is harder to find from Roland. And some used pendants/tags/charms so you can test on them. The used testing materials are from what I tested on and the previous owner done it on. You pretty much use these as a guided template to see if it is align correctly and can just engrave over it as a test piece. Sadly, due to my medical condition in January, had surgery and will except a hefty medical bill soon. Due to other circumstances; I don’t have the time and money to do engraving now. I need money more so this is why I am selling this. I got the driver and software (included) to my Window 7 laptop. It plays nicely and I got to do some engraving. See the photo with the baby. Historic facts: I purchased this unit from a mid-age gentlemen that were in the similar situation as me. He bought it new from Roland. He intended to do a home business until his day time career got too busy along with his family (children). He plays around with it and put it away to collect dust then he decided to sell it. To be Warn: If you look at the video, I will show you that the print head is barely used. BUT there is a pin that is broken off. I did that when I first got started. I didn’t align the dog tag pendent properly and the impact was too heavy. Therefore it drag is fast with the misalign dogtag it broke off. I then got worried, I called the Roland service rep and they reassure me that the print head holds “9” pins. Each pin can last at least 300 pendent materials with the highest impact setting. So, now you have 8 pins left on the print heads. Two of the pins had 1 bar of light (~10%) of usage (refer to the video section). After I broken off pin1, I switch to pin2 (you can switch to different pins via Print Head Manager Software-included). So, what I am trying to say here is that with 8 pins TOTAL left with 2 pins used to test. The print head is barely use, as you know with these machines; print heads are the most valuable part of the machine. I hate to part this but I need the money for medical bills first. I will admit within the near future when my finance is clear. I will reinvest in this machine again to start this home business.
