I have decided to start selling the roll out wheel or as I call it welding postioner I have made for my shop and for my friends. This roll out wheel/weld positioner has a course and fine adjustment features, a brake that is modular that can be changed from side to side and outfitted with different fixtures and brake materials. It has a easily and cheaply replaceable bearing, a easily replaceable front face for mounting different chucks or jigs. The chucks that are mounted are mounted true to the bearing zero/center. The structure of this is made of 1/4 inch steel, powderocated gloss black and is tig welded together. I made this as modular as possible so that the whole system can be upgraded as I get more feed back, or as I find more things that should be used on it. The "traditional" mounting method is a 2" receiver tube for a hitch, but if you want I can put any sort of mounting method you want on, contact me for different mounting options. I have built these with hammer unions for attachments and various other things, please let me know if you want anything different then the 2" receiver tube. The fine adjustment provides 8.5 degrees of adjustment. This tool can be adjusted to fit just about any welding position you need. ***The pictures and youtube video shown have a smaller 6" chuck, the ones I'll be including with this will be a very strong 8" chuck that has two piece reversible jaws. **** I want to upgrade a lot of my shop equipment so I will sell the first 50 of these at a discount. Essentially I need to make some more money to upgrade my equipment to have the ability to make some products that have been designed for quite a while. I have listed this for the first 50 sold for 650$ dollars for it including a 8" 3 jaw chuck or 450$ without a chuck. Let me know if you already have a chuck and don't need one or use the make me a offer option and put that you don't need a chuck in the terms. I also can create different faces that have designs in them if you'd like or have a face with slots for bolting flanges to. Just please contact me. Due to that this is the first ones I have sold to the masses I will have a bit more then a usual 2-3 turn around time, this will probably have a week turn around time for the first few sold so I can figure out how to mass produce these and keep the quality.
