This head was tagged 4hp R&V at my uncles shop. I would be glad to be corrected by an engine expert so I can list this item properly. If you know the model please inform me also. The rust was removed by electrolysis. The unit was then set up on a milling machine rotary table and a .015" skim cut was milled off the gasket and the cumbustion chamber surfaces to make them absolutely level. The cylinder diameter is 4 23/32" and the bolt circle diameter is 6 1/4". Exhaust port threads are in good shape. Valves and valve seats need recondioning. There are no cracks or welds.
