Round Cardboard Textile Carpet Sample Cutter Cloth Sampler Application Weight Tester Description: Used to cut all kinds of textiles,carpet,cardboard include:wool fabrics,cotton fabrics,man-made fabrics and knitting products. Cutting area:100 sq cm The max cutting depth: 5mm.   Double-edged blades,both sides can be used,more durable The weight of the cutting sample times 100,you can easily calculate the weight per square meter accurate cutting area   Standard accessory: 1,rubber pad 2,5 blades(4 blades installed,1 alternated)   How to use it: Put the tile need to be cut on the rubber mat fabric, put the disc sampler on the fabric, pull the locking device on the sampler, rotated about 90 degrees, hand held onto the cover, one hand holding the corrugated hand wheel, and exert a certain pressure, and then ripple hand wheel clockwise (angle greater than 90 degrees), then the circle and cut the sample. Sampler locking device after use, rotate to its original position, the blade is not exposed, to avoid hand injuries and other items. Structure and Adjustment: Double blade cutter blade to a total of four pieces of circular external four equal parts, the blade can be replaced, the specific operation is: Loosen the Phillips screws (four screws on each piece), remove the blade plate and sampling blade change a new blade, the pressure on the blade plate, note the blade clockwise tangential mouth, and make four incisions in the same plane, and then tighten the Phillips screw. The bottom of the instrument has ruled nicks, for fixed specimens, easy to cut, to prevent the sample from slipping.   Note: The knife blade sharp instrument, not the use of the hand on the bottom, so as to avoid damage.
