ROUNDO Metal Forming Angle Ring Roller Pertains to R6 and other similar models This manual shows the user exactly how to use this machine, going into such detail that it even includes profile formulas to help predict behavior of metals while bending. It addresses twisting and wrinkling edges, offering solutions by using the features that are built in the machine to resolve the problems keeping the end product uniform and flat. Explains in detail how to select the correct rolls for each job and how they need to be mounted to ensure proper symmetrical formation of the steel, showing each type of roll configuration and explains why that type is needed. If you have ever ran this machine before and didn't have this manual I'm sure you had quite a bit of trial and error taking place. With the rising cost of materials this is no longer an acceptable way to make a profit on rolled materials. This manual will explain how and why materials end up deformed and offers formulas to determine the actual centerline of each shape of material used, this will aid in the actual length of the piece and also help predict clearances needed to make the shape without changing the look or deformation or twisting of the piece while bending. There is an exploded view of the machine which I took the time to clean up to make it more legible. I also cleaned up the text in the manual and added many notations to show exactly what they are talking about for each paragraph of text. The book was poorly written in that manner, showing many of the same numbers and letters used several times and even having them displayed on the pages where the text is explaining about the diagram. But the diagram they are explaining was actually located on another page, with the same number or letter that is on the page with the text. Basically I was able to figure out how to use this guide even though it made little sense the first 10 times I read it. I resolved these issues by adding some small notations showing the pages that contained the diagrams that are referring to in the text.
