For sale is a new condiment counter. It was ordered and made for a project and then the order was cancelled. It has never been used. The custom counter itself was sold for $16,000 and the condiment dispenser system and cold pan was $9,900 for a total original cost of $25,900. ALL STAINLESS STEEL CONDIMENT COUNTER 4'-6" wide by 12'-0" long by 2'-11" high. This includes 12" wide tray slides all four sides. Tray slide is mounted 2" lower than counter height, or 2'-9" high. Actual counter itself is 2'-6" wide by 10'-0" long. Top, base, complete interior and tray slides are stainless steel and includes casters for moving. Counter has laminate panel covering on base with 4 access doors 2 removable panels on one side. Includes four ETT-4 "T" type condiment dispensing towers with four dispensing heads on each tower. Condiment is dispensed by CO2 tank. Two double 3 gallon bag product cradles, (4 cradles) cradle extension slides, 4 pumps, 4 pressure regulators, tubing and clean up kit included. Condiment dispensing system is a Perfection Equipment Inc. manufacturer model no. UC4P2ETT. Counter includes a recessed refrigerated cold pan with custom fabricated stainless steel tubular sneeze guard and fluorescent lights. Cold pan is optional for use without refrigeration running and can be used with ice. Cold pan is Atlas Metal Industries manufacturer model no. RM-3 with removable divider bars. Entire condiment counter unit and components NEVER used. Complete counter and components can be used with out electricity if fluorescent light are not required.
