No access to “custom” transmit frequency programming. Transmit frequency selection is limited to a pre-defined list of frequencies ( see Tables by model below) 2. No access to radio’s fine tuning controls. For full Access to programmable features i.e. “custom” transmit frequencies within the respective radios band, you will need to purchase the Full Access PC programmer #RQT-PCPK-1 or RQT-PCPS-1 Note: By FCC Rule, the RQT/RQA-151M models can only be programmed to the MURS Table frequencies. They cannot be programmed to “Custom” frequencies, even with the full access programmer.
