This mask is adjustable to fit a wide range of sizes. It is to be considered one size fits all. Domestic Preparedness Item Description: The S.E.A. full face mask is a panorama full view mask. It is designed to protect the respiratory system and face against hazardous gases and particles while offering a wide field of vision. The mask may be used with gas, particulate or combined filters. It can also be used with supplied air. The mask has a polymer film speech diaphragm with minimal sound absorption. The S.E.A. full face mask conforms to EN 136 (Europe) and AS/NZS 1716 : 2003 (Australia/NZ). It is resistant to flame. Filtration media may be of one of two types : ? Threaded type with 40 mm thread to be fitted to the adapter supplied with the mask, which is then screwed into the mask Filtration media are selected according to the types of hazards present. * Full protection against all known biological and chemical agents - Third party tested against chemical warfare gases - Excellent protection against Sarin (and its surrogate DMMP) - Nylon body offers valuable permeation resistance to mustard gas - Particulate filter is over 99.99% efficient against all particulates and is appropriate for protection against all biological aerosols - Exceptionally high particle-filtration capacity and low breathing-resistance. - Approved for use with: OV/AM/MA/CD/CL/FM/HC/HF/SD/HE - Manufactured in a sealed bag with a long 10 year shelf life. - Standard 40mm NATO threaded design The NTC-1 is a brand new design for use against industrial gases such as ammonia, organic vapors, formaldehyde, chlorine, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen chloride. It also protects against all known chemical and biological warfare agents such as anthrax, sarin, smallpox, mustard gas and others. It has as an exceptionally high particle- filtration capacity and efficiency and low breathing resistance. The NTC-1 is a 2001 design and features a 10 year shelf life.
