Salvajor Trough Collector M# S419 S# 25642 The Trough Collector is a solution for medium to large size food service establishments that are unable to use a food waste disposer. Multiple operators scrap into a trough of recirculating water to keep up with larger dishmachines. Salvajor Collectors use only 2 gpm fresh water. They are widely accepted in communities that restrict the use of disposers and are safe to use with grease interceptors and septic systems. Collectors offer a cost effective alternative to pulpers. Best suited for use with double tank or flight rackless conveyor dishmachines. Features: Recirculated water used for scrapping typically reduces water ans sewer costs dramatically. The Trough Collector consumes only 2 gallons of new water per minute Trough water velocity with the trough collector is 70 gallons per minute. This velocity swiftly propels food waste down the trough and into the collector with no additional hand movement.
