Walt's Petroleum Service proudly presents the Samson PumpMaster 45 536031 10:1 Oil Stub Pump with Flange Mounting. This PM45 Series 10:1 Oil Pump with model #536031 and stub pump is perfect for medium pressure and high delivery large-volume transfer applications. The pump is double-acting and air-operated, with a built-in port for an optional pressure relief valve (PN 609 007). The Flange Mounted Pump has impressive specifications including a Pump Pressure Ratio of 10:1, a Continuous Duty Flow Rate of 4 gpm (15 l/min), and a Maximum Free Flow Rate of 17.2 gpm (65 l/min). The Air Pressure Operating Range is 20-170 psi (1.5-12 bar) and the Maximum Outlet Pressure is 1,700 psi (120 bar). The Air Motor Effective Diameter is 4.5" (115 mm) and the Air Motor Stroke is 4" (100 mm). Air Consumption is 30 scfm (850 NL/min) and the Air Inlet is 1/2" NPTF. Fluid Inlet is 1 1/2" NPTF and Fluid Outlet is 3/4" NPTF. The Wetted Materials include Cast Iron, Steel, NBR, Polyurethane, and Hard chromed steel. The Noise Level is 80 dB. This is a stub pump with flange that can handle simultaneous dispensing points of 3-4 with a maximum line length of 800' (250 m). The pump is designed for handling Synthetic and Mineral based oil, Transmission fluid, and Hydraulic oil as well as Gear lube. Please note that this is a flange mount pump and does not include a threaded bung adapter. However, one can be ordered separately for $70.00 if needed.
